Realtor Client Registration Form
Our Realtor referral fee for a single family home, townhome or condo is 25% of one month's rent. We will gladly pay the referral amount once the lease is signed and we have collected the first procurement/leasing fee from the property owner.
Special Notes:
- We do also pay Cooperating Broker a 'co-op fee' for bringing a qualified tenant to the transaction. The 'co-op' fees vary and will always be noted in the FMLS rental listing. 'Co-op Fees' will be paid to the Broker once the lease is signed and the move-in funds are paid.
- If you have a client with multiple properties (or a multi-family unit) please call us first to discuss the referral.
- If you would like to continue to lease the property each time it becomes available, please call us to let us know that as well. We are happy to be your property management solution of choice, but please understand that our referral fees are only paid upon obtaining a procurement/leasing fee.
